💳 Deposit Policy

Required to secure your appointment

A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking.

Why a deposit? It:

  • Reserves your time exclusively
  • Prevents last-minute cancellations
  • Shows commitment from the client

How it works:

  • The deposit goes toward your total price
  • Remaining balance is paid on the day
  • Appointments are not confirmed until deposit is received

❌ Cancellations & No-Shows

Please read before booking

  • Deposits are non-refundable
  • No-shows or same-day cancellations result in loss of deposit
  • You may reschedule once with 24-hour notice

⏰ Late Policy

Please arrive on time

  • 10–15 minutes late: service may be shortened
  • 15+ minutes late: appointment may be canceled and deposit forfeited

🚫 No Visitors Policy

To ensure a safe, relaxing experience for all clients

Only the person receiving services is permitted inside. Please do not bring:

  • Friends
  • Family members
  • Children
  • Additional guests
Exceptions require prior approval. Clients arriving with unapproved visitors may be asked to reschedule.
